Suggestions or Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of personal medical care for all our patients. If you have any suggestions about how we could improve, we would be happy to hear from you and please put your suggestion in the box provided in the waiting room. If you have a complaint please contact our Practice Manager who will try and deal with the problem quickly and courteously. The practice will respond to all patient complaints within 10 working days
The Department has agreed that should complaints be raised in relation to accessing or impact on services as a direct result of Practices response to the COVID-19 pandemic, these will not be investigated under the Complaints Procedure. It will be important that complainants are advised accordingly and promptly should these issues be raised.
